Ritz Carlton Hotel Company

A lot of people want to visit special hotels when they are on vacation, or when they are in their country. They have fun when they book in some hotels that have best service and staff such as Ritz Carlton, Hilton, Sheraton and Intercontinental. All of the hotels are exactly big companies and established by big leaders and managers. Also they have goals and missions that they want to investigate. Today I will write about one of the huge companies in the world that is called Ritz Carlton Hotel Company.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. develops and operates luxury hotels for others. It originated with The Ritz-Carlton, Boston. It was founded in 1983 by the W.B  Johnson Properties, and it was in North America. The hotels had some fame in the marketplace. Ritz Carlton joined Marriott International Inc. to achieve the same strategy.  

They prepared trainers to become masters and they called them “craftsmen”. Also they selected good employers that worked well and had a good reputation in the company.

The Ritz Carlton companies have attended a lot of events; some events were local but others were international. There are many events but I will mention several of them : Art Basel, Miami International Boat Show, South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Sony Ericsson Open and Key Biscayne Art Festival.

To sum up, I want to say that Ritz Carlton did a lot of things and will remain one of the best hotel companies in the world This company didn’t build and improve in one day but it needed a lot of persons.
